Version 2026-10-07. Infiniqo, through Immersive Dental Digital Technologies Private Limited, is the platform Data Fiduciary for student, faculty, and college personal data processed on this site. Colleges are customers. Learner data is processed for a college under a written data processing agreement. This notice is not a certification and is not legal advice.
What we collect. Name, email, phone, college, year of study, date of birth, license or registration fields you submit, login records, scenario scores, certificates, payment references from Razorpay, and survey responses.
Why. To create and secure your account, deliver learning scenarios, report progress to your college administrator, issue certificates, take payment, and handle support requests. Purposes recorded at registration: account, learning, and college reporting.
Who it is shared with. Your college administrator, for progress and completion reporting. Axon, to run scenario content. Razorpay, to process payments. Hosting and email providers that operate the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Retention. An active account (status active) is kept while the account remains active. An inactive account is eligible for anonymization of name, email, and phone 12 months after the last login, or 12 months after registration if there has been no login. Certificate verification identifiers are kept when a certificate must remain verifiable. The first release does not delete or anonymize automatically; an administrator dry-run report lists eligible records first.
Your requests. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email help@immersivedental.in. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. The platform is for learners aged 18 and over. If a user is under 18, guardian consent is required before that account is used.
Security. Passwords are stored with a one-way hash. Sessions use Secure and HttpOnly cookies on HTTPS. This page does not claim ISO 27001 or any government approval.

The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of your use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Hyderabad in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.
Since our products are digital downloads, there are no physical goods to ship. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to your digital content via email. If you provide your third-party account credentials ("Third Party Account Information") to us, you understand that some content and information in those accounts may be transmitted to your account with us if you authorise such transmissions and that Third Party Account Information transmitted to us shall be covered by this Privacy Policy. You may opt to not provide us with certain information, however that will restrict you from registering with us or availing some of our features and services. The Personal Information collected will be used only for the purpose of enabling you to use the services provided by us, to help promote a safe service, calibrate consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online offers and updates, troubleshoot problems, customize User experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, collect money, enforce our terms and conditions, and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of such information.
